Our Standard delivery is absolutely free for our customers. If you have any special delivery requests kindly email us on email@example.com or call on 0208 567 4488.
You will be responsible for the goods once delivered. Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when perfumewarehouse.co.uk has been fully paid.
If the Royal Mail are unable to deliver goods to you at the specified address for any reason the Royal Mail will then notify you by way of leaving a card, should this happen you should follow the instructions on where to collect your parcel this is normally at your local sorting office. If you fail to collect it from the local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us .We will be able to redeliver, however you will need to authorized us to charge your debit/credit card for such a redelivery. If we not hear from you within 7 days we will automatically refund any amounts already paid less any delivery and administration charges.

A tracking number will be provided on dispatch. All International delivery can be tracked on https://www.dpd.com/tracking using your tracking number. This is a fully tracked service, this will be dependent on the country of delivery and the local delivery services. We will try our best to send all your products in a single delivery. Due to the recent changes and restrictions on mail in the UK international orders will take 2-3 days working days to enter the postal system, any tracking information may not be available until after this time. This service allows fragrances and nail varnishes to be shipped Europe.
