We currently offer:

-Standard delivery (2-3 working days), which costs £4.99, and does not require a signature.

-Priority delivery (1-2 working days), which costs £7.99, and does require a signature.
Most of our orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Our Standard delivery is absolutely free for orders over £60. If you have any special delivery requests kindly email us on info@perfumewarehouse.co.uk or call on 0208 567 4488. 

Note, for our express delivery to be with you within the time frame, we please ask you to place your order by 3 pm GMT.

Also, in rare occasions,  due to factors that are beyond our control and when in peak seasons, there may be longer delivery times. If or when these events occur, we will inform you on updated delivery times immediately. 

If you would like to deliver to a different address than your billing, then please enter your selected billing and shipping address at checkout. It is essential you do this at the checkout page, as once orders have been despatched it is not possible to change the delivery address. 


You will be responsible for the goods once delivered. Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when perfumewarehouse.co.uk has been fully paid. 

 

If the Royal Mail are unable to deliver goods to you at the specified address for any reason the Royal Mail will then notify you by way of leaving a card, should this happen you should follow the instructions on where to collect your parcel this is normally at your local sorting office. If you fail to collect it from the local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us .We will be able to redeliver, however you will need to authorised us to charge your debit/credit card for such a redelivery. If we do not hear from you within 7 days we will automatically refund any amounts already paid less any delivery and administration charges. 

If your item does not arrive for some reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can shed more light on this issue and come to an appropriate solution.

Returns & Replacements

It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer service department directly at 0208 567 4488 or email us at customerservice@perfumewarehouse.co.uk before the good dispatched.

If you wish to return the product or change your mind about your order, and feel that you no longer require it within 14 days after you receive the goods, then please contact our Customer Services Department within 14 working days of receiving your delivery, providing your Name, Order Number, Contact Details, & Full details of the problem. Please note that unless the goods were faulty at the time of delivery or the order was incorrect only then would you be eligible for a full refund otherwise we would be unable to refund the postage. Should the item be received in a damaged state or if you believe your goods have been tampered with in anyway please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation .In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund i.e. full refund less postage, where standard post & packaging will be charged at £2 per item only. Goods must be returned to perfume warehouse ltd. before the partial refund can be issued.

If you have received the wrong item, we first, would like to apologise to you for this to happen. We have high and rigorous standard when it comes to packaging your order, however mistakes do rarely happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation and get your right order to your as quick as we can. However, we may ask for further information such as pictures as evidence so we can overview your case quickly. 

If you have received items that are damaged/faulty, we ask that you contact us immediately. We ensure that all products are wrapped and protected so that the chances of it damaging during transit is minimal. However, when this situation rarely occurs, we would like to apologise that it has happened to you. We ask that you not to refuse the delivery and instead accept as this can result in a delay of the parcel being returned. We also may require further details on your case like pictures so that we can solve the situation as quick as possible and provide an effective solution. 

In cases where the item is either wrong or damaged, we are happy to refund the postage applied to the item as a gesture of goodwill.

Ordering

Customer can track their orders by their order number. We send an order conformation which includes an invoice with the order tracking number to all our customers who placed the order from our web site. If customers could not find out how to track their order, they can contact us by going to our contact us page.

If you are having trouble with your credit card information when checking out due to authorisation failure, we please ask that you check if your details are correct. This information may include the security code, or expiration date of your card, and please ensure that the card that is being used is current and valid. Please note that if all your details are correct and you have tried multiple times, we ask that you contact your financial institution for further assistance.
