Finding Products / Searching Tips
Whether you are looking for a particular brand or product,
our searching tools will make it easy for you. Looking for
a brand (example: Burberry), use our scroll down menu “Brand
Finder” and all the brands available will show in alphabetical
order. If you know the product’s name but do
Not know the brand; you may use our “Search by Keyword”
search to enter the name of the item you are looking for.
You may also use one of the 6 categories (Women’s Fragrances,
Men’s Fragrances, Gift Sets, Tester, Mini, Bath&Body,
Children’s Fragrances, Make Up and Men- after Shave)
to find what you are looking for. You may also use alphabetical
ordered list or just choose the first letter of that product
to find For ‘Men’ or ‘Women’ fragrances.
Back Orders & Out of Stock Products
We try our best to keep all items in stock but in the event
an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will
send you an e-mail or contact you by phone. We will inform
you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we
may offer you the item in a different size
Or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you,
or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your
order.
Ordering
Placing Online orders
To place an order online, just click the “Add to Basket”
button next to the item(s) you wish to purchase. You may at
any time see the details of your order by clicking on the
shopping cart. Once you are done shopping click on the shopping
cart and you will then be on the “Shopping Cart Page”
on which you will be able to view your order and make any
changes you would like to make. Just follow the easy steps
to finalize the order or keep on shopping by clicking on the
“Continue” button.
Placing Fax Orders
You may place your order by fax at + 44 (0) 208 567 6688.
Please make sure to include all necessary information:
Full description of item(s), your name, credit card number,
expiration date, billing address, shipping address, telephone
number, amount of order and your signature. We will also require
photocopies of the credit card used (front and back) and of
a picture I.D. We will confirm
Your order within 24 hours. You may print an order form by
clicking here Order Form .
Placing Phone Orders
You may place an order by phone by calling + 44(0) 208 567
4488 Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday
from 11:00am to 5:00pm GMT Daylight Time.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by the following cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Switch, Delta, Solo, JCB and Electron cards.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in GBP (£
Sterling) but if you wish to see it in other currency then
choose the currency .Your payment card company will perform
any currency conversion.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation
check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient
funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited
from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card
will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order.
Your card will not be debited for items in your order which
have not been dispatched.
Please note that perfume warehouse ltd. does not accept cash,
cheques or gift vouchers as payment online.
Order Confirmation
For orders placed online, you will receive an order confirmation
via e-mail almost instantly after your order has been placed
and for orders placed by fax please allow 24 hours for us
to respond.
Canceling and Modifying Orders
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and
the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has
been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “placed”
status. Your order is then “sent to warehouse”,
entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only
time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “placed”
status. Once your order enters the shipping process by being
“sent to warehouse”, no further changes can be
made. You must call our customer service line to make any
changes to your order when it is in “placed status”.
If an order has been “sent to warehouse”, we
are unable to change or cancel your order. You can return
the item(s) to us within 14 days after it has been shipped
for a refund. However, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
